C. Pagnoulle is the developer and manager of all R&D programs at PhysIOL since 2003. His leadership has enabled PhysIOL to deploy the dynamic of innovation that is typical to the company today.

R. Ervinckx has national and international experiences in sales and marketing by MSD and Alcon. He joined PhysIOL in 2008.

M. Halbach is responsible for quadrupling our production capacity while introducing new manufacturing technologies. He drives his teams towards lean manufacturing processes in order to continuously increase our service to customers and to anticipate our increasing sales volume.

I. Stalmans has more than 10 years experience at PhysIOL. The Quality System she implements is intended to enable continuous improvement. It is based on the concept "Quality for each medical device through the involvement of each person in the PhysIOL team".

Working within the company for 10 years, H. Bernard centres PhysIOL HR policy on the following key-elements : Rigour-Dedication-Complementarity. With his experience of nearly 10 years in the field of financial audit and management, D. Hazée ensures sound and dynamic financial management in order to support PhysIOL in an efficient and controlled growth.

FX. Lahaye is responsible for the support and the development of PhysIOL’s export activities in Europe. He joined the company in 2007.

Back Office Supervisor

Since 2002, S. Deroitte has been responsible for sales administration and leads a team of six people in charge of processing orders, from picking through to shipment all around the world.
